By downloading or using Lucid, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

The Service

Lucid is a personal dream journaling app with optional AI-powered reflection and image generation features. The core journal functionality is free. Enhanced features are available through a Lucid Pro subscription.

Subscriptions

• Lucid Pro is offered as a monthly auto-renewing subscription.
• Lucid Pro includes up to 50 AI dream reflections and 5 Dream Art creations per calendar month, plus the full symbol library.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID Account Settings at any time.
• Prices may vary by region and are displayed in the app before purchase.

Your Content

You retain full ownership of the dream entries and text you create. We do not claim intellectual property rights over your content. Dream entries are stored locally on your device.

AI-Generated Content

Dream interpretations and dream art are generated by third-party AI models. This content is provided for entertainment and personal reflection — it is not medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. Do not rely on AI interpretations for health decisions.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to reverse-engineer the app, abuse API rate limits, or use the AI features to generate harmful content.

Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI features will be available at all times or that interpretations will be accurate. We are not liable for any loss of data, though we make reasonable efforts to ensure data integrity.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
